Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $80,000.00 Annually

What You'll Do
  • Analyzing sales orders, trends, plus/minus reports, and budget documents for the Sales Manager and customer business reviews.
  • Complete trend analysis and reporting for internal use and strategic planning purposes.
  • Work within customer portals for assigned accounts while developing a strong understanding of customer expectations, requirements and business needs.
  • Liaise with the Logistics Department to resolve delivery issues, add new lines as growth occurs, and complete bi‑annual RFQ requests.
  • Maintain and update customer records in NAV and our CRM tool.
  • Track sales targets, identify variances, and communicate deviations or risks to Sales Management in a timely manner.
  • Attend trade shows, customer visits, and online meetings when required.
  • Collaborate with Sales Management to develop strategies for new item launches, promotional programs, and business growth opportunities.
  • Maintain and develop a working relationship with Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Packaging and Operations teams.
  • Work closely with packaging and commodities teams regarding new pack sizes, customer requests, and product development initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, discretion and sound business judgement in all aspects of the role.
  • Provide account coverage and customer support when Account Managers are out of the office or otherwise unavailable, ensuring continuity of communication and service.
  • Support and assist the Sales Support team in the absence of reporting managers, helping address day‑to‑day operational needs and escalations as required.
  • Exercise sound judgement regarding scheduling and office coverage requirements, ensuring appropriate Senior Sales Support coverage is maintained within the office at all times.
  • Be available outside of regular business hours and on call as needed to support urgent customer, operational or business requirements.
  • Demonstrate leadership by assisting with team support, problem‑solving, prioritization and communication across departments.
  • Comply with all Health and Safety, Food Safety, Bio Security, and Nature Fresh Policies and Procedures.

What You Bring
  • 5 or more years of proven experience working as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support.
  • Post‑secondary education in Sales, Administration or a relevant field (asset).
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office software packages, including Word and Excel.
  • Understanding of key performance metrics.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Team player with a high level of dedication.
  • Ability to maintain respectful relationships at all levels within and outside the organization.
  • Very high degree of confidentiality and integrity regarding all aspects of the business.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines; ensure timely follow‑up.
  • Availability to answer emails and calls in evenings and on weekends if necessary.
  • Ability to handle customer service situations calmly and professionally.
  • Ability to work independently with little direction in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Good communication skills (reading, writing, listening, oral communication).
  • Valid driver’s license; use of personal vehicle required as needed.
What to Expect
  • Full‑time hours Monday to Friday with availability for flexible hours including weekends, extended hours and on call as needed.
  • Minimal supervision during the day, but frequent communication with various individuals and teams across facilities.
  • Most of the day spent in the office, walking, sitting and standing.
  • Use of stairs and elevators.
  • Occasional heavy lifting up to 30 lbs when necessary.
  • Required to visit all locations that require walking/standing, which may be in a cold warehouse or hot greenhouse setting.
