As a Senior Associate in the Program Outreach team, you will ensure that all client‑facing projects are executed flawlessly. Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily program administration and support
- Build and maintain robust client relationships
- Draft program documentation and timelines
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and track action items
- Oversee data integrity and updates in the CRM system
- At least 5 years of project coordination in admin roles
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience using CRM platforms, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Solid organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with website CMS is an advantage
