Key Responsibilities Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
Handle executive communications, correspondence, and meeting materials
Coordinate key projects, deadlines, and cross-functional initiatives
Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items
Maintain confidential documents, contracts, and sensitive information
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Provide support on special projects and other executive priorities as needed
Qualifications 2+ years of executive support experience, preferably supporting a CEO or senior executive
Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
Assets:
Bachelor's degree, retail industry experience, and bilingualism.
