Become a part of Avison Young's dedicated team as a Client Services Coordinator. This operational role is key to ensuring documentation accuracy and office efficiency.
As a Client Services Coordinator, you will support daily office operations while partnering closely with the Managing Director and Senior Operations Manager. You will bring your operational expertise to streamline documentation processes and enhance service consistency across brokerage activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate brokerage deal processing and documentation workflows
• Assist with market research using industry tools
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Manage invoices and office supplies
• Act as a liaison for IT and office equipment requests
Requirements:
• At least 3 years in operations coordination
• Knowledge of compliance and real estate documentation
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Solid communication and multitasking abilities
