This permanent full-time role requires an on-site presence, Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM. Your primary focus will be providing strategic administrative support to the Deputy Chiefs and the broader Executive Leadership Team. With advanced communication and organizational skills, you will manage dynamic calendars and prepare materials for meetings, ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate confidentially with internal and external stakeholders
• Draft correspondence for various government levels
• Manage complex calendars and meeting logistics
• Coordinate national and international committee meetings
• Support special projects and data analysis for ELT
Requirements:
• Two-year diploma in Office or Business Administration
• Minimum three years' public sector administrative experience
• Knowledge of police records and filing systems
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
• Valid Class “G” Driver’s license
Utilize your administrative expertise to support the Chief of Police’s office effectively.
