We are seeking an Executive Assistant with at least 2 years of experience directly supporting C-level executives. In this role, you will manage the CEO’s calendar, prepare meeting materials, and facilitate cross-functional initiatives. Excellent organization and discretion in information handling are imperative for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee CEO’s calendar and travel planning
• Manage executive correspondence and communication
• Coordinate critical projects and initiatives
• Prepare agendas, minutes, and action items
• Act as a liaison between CEO and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of executive support experience
• Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities
• Confidentiality and professionalism in handling tasks
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Bachelor's degree, retail experience, and bilingualism are advantageous
