This position is suited for individuals with a minimum of five years’ experience in executive assistance. Your comprehensive administrative support will include managing calendars, handling travel plans, preparing financial documents, and coordinating various key events. A proactive and adaptable mindset is essential to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer extensive administrative assistance to senior leadership
• Manage the President and COO's calendars and communications
• Coordinate all travel arrangements efficiently
• Prepare and process expense reports and invoices
• Organize corporate events and board meetings
Requirements:
• 5+ years of relevant executive support experience
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Warm, professional communication style
• Detail-oriented with effective organizational capabilities
• Ability to handle unexpected tasks and prioritize effectively
