Key Responsibilities
Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate department.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to general email inquiries.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail, courier packages, and deliveries.
Maintain the reception area, meeting rooms, and common office spaces.
Schedule meetings and manage meeting room bookings.
Prepare and maintain correspondence, reports, filing systems, and other administrative documents.
Order and monitor office, kitchen, and cleaning supplies.
Coordinate office equipment maintenance and service requests.
Assist with employee onboarding documentation and other administrative tasks.
Support management and various departments with general office administration.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Diploma or certificate in Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or office administration role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Professional, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Experience in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment is considered an asset.

From $20.00 per hour
