• Process and authorize vendor invoices accurately

• Conduct weekly cheque runs and manage banking tasks

• Monitor accounts and interact with clients for payments

• Answer calls and assist all visitors to the office

• Maintain a clean and organized office environment

Requirements:

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong computer and Excel skills required

• Experience with ERP systems is a plus

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs when necessary
