Gather requirements from both internal and external subject matter expertsDocument business rules and use casesCollaborate to define segmentation of scope to ensure design requirements and technical specifications are outlinedPrioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirementsLead Sprint Planning and Refinement sessionsInterface directly with internal department leaders to provide exceptional implementation, training and support to clientsAssist with identifying and solving design flaws to increase usabilityBe able to communicate the business value of product capabilities and act as a product championProvide content for the development of all product documentation (including marketing materials, Product specs, user guides, etc.)Present on topics including product walk-throughs, for internal and external audiencesEngage with users during user feedback and validation effortsMonitor deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projectsDocument and communicate project statusTrack and Report key metrics to drive future product developmentsSkills & Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
College degree or equivalent experience3-5 years as a Business Analyst or related field preferred (QA/QC/BA)Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Power Point Experience with JIRA preferredExperience with SCRUM, Agile development methodologyMust be able to produce high-quality work as part of a fast-paced, dynamic teamAptitude for understanding technical concepts and simplifying themStrong interpersonal skills with experience working with multiple departments, subject matter experts, and colleagues that are geographically dispersedStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent critical thinking and problem-solving skillsAbility to effectively manage multiple priorities with minimal supervisionExperience with in real estate or real estate brokerages is idealOccasional travel may be required (US and Canada)KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
