As a Senior Project Controls Specialist, you will oversee project reviews, ensuring compliance with project management policies and effectively identifying any risks or variances. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct bi-weekly project audits and communicate findings

• Alert management of critical issues that impact project status

• Trend findings and propose procedural adjustments

• Assist in training new project coordinators

• Gather and analyze data for monthly scorecard reporting

Requirements:

• Completed university degree or equivalent experience

• 7+ years in project controls for large projects

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel

• PMI certification or similar preferred

• Strong analytical and leadership skills
