Working at Bright Path, you will assist Registered Early Childhood Educators (RECEs) in creating a nurturing environment. Engage actively with children and foster their involvement in various activities. In addition, you’ll maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and participate in staff meetings and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist RECEs with classroom instruction

• Maintain child safety and well-being

• Encourage children's engagement in activities

• Build collaborative relationships with colleagues and families

• Attend professional development opportunities

Requirements:

• High School/Equivalent required; ECE Certification preferred

• Meet provincial childcare employment requirements

• Current Standard First Aid and CPR certification

• Up-to-date immunization and health assessments

• Experience in program planning and implementation
