Be a part of BWXT Canada in Cambridge, Ontario as Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis. Engage with Commercial Operations to elevate financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.
As the Senior Manager, you will lead a small team and report to the Segment Controller. Your insights will help drive profitability and decision-making by managing forecasts and performance reporting. This hands-on role involves using advanced financial modeling and analytical skills to tackle complex financial challenges effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with finance teams for accurate budget forecasts
• Lead development of financial models and reporting systems
• Analyze current trends to recommend improvements
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly financial performance reports
• Ensure compliance with all financial policies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or accounting
• At least 15 years of relevant leadership experience
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Knowledge of US GAAP
• Ability to balance multiple projects independently
