VP Corporate FP&A - Lead Analytics & Strategy

Become ATS's Vice President of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis and drive data-led financial strategies with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for enhancing the financial planning landscape, leading the department’s operational and strategic initiatives. You’ll work closely with the CFO and other leaders to establish standardized FP&A methodologies while promoting data governance and best practices. Your experience in complex, global environments will be crucial for delivering effective financial models and aiding decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and embed standard FP&A work across the enterprise

• Simplify financial tools, enhancing insight generation

• Own corporate financial modeling and reporting processes

• Spearhead analytics initiatives for improved performance

• Collaborate with leadership on financial growth strategies

Requirements:

• Over 15 years of finance leadership experience

• Deep knowledge of finance tools, AI integration preferred

• Proven history in transforming financial processes

• Bachelor's in relevant field; MBA, CFA, CPA is desirable

• Skilled in BI software like Power BI
