In this strategic role, you will report directly to the CEO, managing financial operations and offering insight on key initiatives. You will oversee crucial functions such as planning, reporting, treasury, and audit processes, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Engage with the Board of Directors to provide updates on financial performance and strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct financial strategy to enhance growth
• Partner with CEO for strategic decision-making
• Ensure transparency in financial reporting
• Lead risk management and internal control initiatives
• Coordinate performance management processes
Requirements:
• CPA required with a degree in Finance or Business
• Minimum of 10 years in senior finance roles
• Proven experience in corporate governance
• Strong data analysis and synthesis capabilities
• Leadership skills for cross-functional collaboration
