Position: City Supervisor - Financial Planning

You will be responsible for supervising staff and ensuring compliance with financial policies. In collaboration with the Manager of Financial Planning, this position will require you to provide oversight of capital initiatives while supporting accurate financial reporting and development charges. Your expertise will play a crucial role in the city’s financial strategy and development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review capital budgets and multi-year forecasts

• Manage financial analysts and their outputs

• Align capital planning with development finance

• Ensure compliance in forecasting and cash management

• Provide updates and reports for senior leadership

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance

• Must hold CPA designation

• Minimum four years of financial planning experience

• Proficiency in Excel is required

• Familiarity with FMW software preferred
