In this trainee role, you'll develop deep relationships with clients through advice, digital education, and problem resolution. Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers with service transactions and advice
• Guide clients to appropriate solutions based on needs
• Educate on mobile, ATM, and online banking usage
• Support staff with cash and non-cash transactions
• Recommend improvements for enhanced customer experience
Requirements:
• High school diploma and/or 1+ years relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Office and banking software
• Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities
