Cambridge VP Finance

Position: Cambridge VP Finance Opportunity
Become the VP Finance at a leading manufacturer in building materials located in Cambridge. Focus on financial operations, strategic decision-making, and team leadership to drive company growth.

You will report directly to the President and manage a growing finance team while ensuring effective financial operations and insightful reporting processes. This role involves budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning, crucial for the organization’s profitability. Your leadership will directly contribute to operational success and strategic investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise the President and senior leadership on finances

• Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and analysis

• Manage treasury and banking relationships effectively

• Direct budgeting and forecasting efforts annually

• Create KPIs to track business performance

Requirements:

• CPA designation needed

• Minimum of 8 years finance leadership experience

• Expertise in financial planning and reporting

• Solid understanding of operational finance

• Experience in private equity or M&A is a plus
