In this pivotal role, you'll oversee financial operations, provide guidance to the President, and manage a small finance team. Your responsibilities will include directing financial reporting, Treasury functions, and budgeting processes. Collaborate closely with operations and sales teams to inform strategic decisions that enhance profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the financial advisor to the President

• Oversee timely and meaningful financial reporting

• Manage liquidity and cash flow planning effectively

• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes

• Establish KPIs for improved business performance

Requirements:

• Must hold a CPA designation

• At least 8 years of finance leadership experience

• Proven track record in financial forecasting

• Strong operational finance knowledge

• Familiarity with private equity and M&A advantageous
