As a Personal Banking Associate Trainee, you will be at the forefront of customer interactions within the branch. This role involves guiding clients through transactions, resolving banking queries, and promoting digital solutions. You will also support frontline staff while recommending enhancements to improve customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers in daily financial advice and transactions
• Guide clients to appropriate team members for banking solutions
• Educate customers on mobile and online banking tools
• Support staff with cash and non-cash transactions
• Recommend improvements to enhance branch operations
Requirements:
• High School diploma or 1+ years relevant experience
• Investment Funds Canada certification within 90 days
• Proficiency in MS Office and branch software
• Knowledge of banking solutions for customer advising
• Strong communication skills in customer interactions
