Position: Finance Leader for Liftsafe Group
Drive financial integrity and system optimization as Finance Leader at Liftsafe Group. This essential role focuses on enhancing financial reporting and managing accounting processes industry-wide.

As the Finance Leader, you will be responsible for supervising finance functions, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of financial statements. Your proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central will propel operational improvements and support the annual budgeting process. Collaborating across departments to refine workflows, you will eliminate closing cycle inefficiencies. By overseeing project costs and maintaining internal controls, you will play a key role in supporting strategic financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead finance and accounting team development and mentorship

• Ensure accuracy of financial statements during closing cycles

• Champion automation in financial systems and processes

• Provide insights on cost efficiency and budget management

• Support internal controls and financial policies

Requirements:

• CPA certification required

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting

• 7–10+ years of relevant experience

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Excel

• Detail-oriented with strong process improvement abilities
