Take on the role of Room Attendant at Inn Vest Hotels and help us provide exceptional hospitality experiences. Your primary duties involve cleaning guest rooms and delivering excellent service.
As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in assigned guest rooms while adhering to brand standards. You'll also assist with guest requests, manage your cleaning supplies, and keep in touch with supervisors regarding your progress and room repairs. Teamwork and effective communication across departments are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Service and clean guest rooms promptly and efficiently
• Assist guests with any inquiries or concerns
• Ensure your cleaning cart is fully stocked and organized
• Follow all safety and health guidelines
• Update supervisors about cleaning progress and maintenance needs
Requirements:
• Experience in hotel cleaning is advantageous
• Capable of lifting items weighing up to 25 pounds
• Open to flexible shifts, including holidays
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
