Event Captain Banquet Service

Lead polished banquet service at Langdon Hall as a full-time Events Captain, coordinating servers, timelines, menus, and guest care. Work across days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

This Events Captain position offers hands-on leadership within Langdon Hall’s privately owned hospitality community. You will direct assigned sections, communicate event details, and maintain service standards. The role combines guest hospitality, team coaching, event setup, and efficient breakdown.

• Lead assigned sections and direct Event Servers
• Communicate timelines, menus, and service expectations
• Anticipate guest needs and monitor presentation
• Coordinate floor plans, stations, and room turnovers
• Coach new team members on service techniques

• Two to three years of event or banquet service
• Demonstrated leadership potential in hospitality settings
• Knowledge of sequencing and banquet service standards
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Required Smart Serve certification and full-time availability
