Position: Director Human Resources - Organizational Growth
Drive HR transformations for Canadian Life Sciences Systems as their Director of Human Resources. Spearhead employee development, strategic HR planning, and compliance across all operations.

In this key leadership role, you will focus on aligning human resources strategies with the company’s operational goals. You'll be responsible for developing a high-performing organizational culture through effective HR practices while addressing all functions of employee relations and total compensation. Ensuring compliance with employment legislation is essential in this capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR initiatives supporting business objectives

• Lead change management to enhance operational effectiveness

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory;
Master’s preferred

• 10-12 years of HR experience; 5+ years in management

• Demonstrated expertise in building high-performance teams

• Strong communication and leadership skills
