Drive HR transformations for Canadian Life Sciences Systems as their Director of Human Resources. Spearhead employee development, strategic HR planning, and compliance across all operations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory;
Master’s preferred
• 10-12 years of HR experience; 5+ years in management
• Demonstrated expertise in building high-performance teams
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work autonomously in dynamic environments
