In this position, you will optimize HR processes using your SAP S4
HANA expertise. You'll collaborate with diverse teams to translate business needs into effective system configurations, enhancing overall HR function and efficiency. The role offers various responsibilities, including analysis, troubleshooting, and training HR personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expertise in configuring SAP S4
HANA HCM components
• Collaborate on system integration between HR, Payroll, and Finance
• Perform testing and updates to maintain system effectiveness
• Develop user guides and training materials for HR staff
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and HR regulations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 3-4 years of professional SAP S4
HANA experience
• Strong background in Payroll and Benefits configuration
• Experience with Year-End Processing in Canada
• SAP HCM certification is beneficial
