Position Title:

Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Administrator

Reports To:

SVP, Human Resources
Job Code:  HRMHRP2

Position Summary:

The HRIS Administrator plays an essential role in ensuring our HR data systems are seamlessly integrated across the organization and providing real-time information to drive smart business decisions. The HRIS Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing HR technology systems to ensure they meet the needs of the organization.

Essential Functions:

System Management:  Oversee the daily operation of HRIS, including installation, customization, development, maintenance, and data management.
Reporting:  Generate various HR reports and dashboards, including turnover rates, recruitment metrics, and benefits usage.
Data Processing:  Process employee data such as leaves, wages, working hours, and other HR-related information.
Project Management:  Lead HRIS upgrade projects and system integrations.
User Account Management:  Create and manage user accounts, update employee information, and manage access permissions.
System Maintenance:  Perform system upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support as needed.
System Improvements and Optimization:  Collaborate with HR, IT, and management to identify system improvements and enhancements. Serve as an SME for various core modules and Payroll processing.
Process Improvement:  Identify areas for improvement within HR processes and recommend enhancements using HRIS functionalities.
Data Integrity:  Ensure the accuracy and security of HR data by conducting regular audits and maintaining data integrity.
Training:  Train system users on functionalities and new features along with benefits of HRIS.
Compliance:  Ensure the HRIS complies with relevant laws and regulations, including data protection standards (i.e. GDPR, state laws, etc.).
Documentation:  Maintain detailed documentation of HRIS processes, configurations, and updates for reference and troubleshooting.
Position

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

Experience:

At least 3 years of proven experience in HRIS administration and management specifically for Dayforce

Skills:

Advanced proficiency in database management, payroll systems, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRM software (i.e. Dayforce). Experience in designing and implementing various Dayforce modules. Strong analytical, technical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Process improvement mindset and must be a self starter.
