Position: Senior HR Professional ON
Elevate the HR function at Atlantic Industries Ltd. as a Senior Human Resources Generalist for a 24-month contract based in Cambridge, ON. Focus on payroll, recruitment, and employee relations to cultivate a thriving workplace.

As a Senior Human Resources Generalist, you will be instrumental in managing both payroll and recruitment processes while providing practical HR support. This position requires hands-on experience in employee relations and collaboration with plant leaders. You will drive initiatives that support workforce planning and improve people processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as HR contact for operational employees

• Address performance management and engagement issues

• Process payroll with accuracy and discretion

• Facilitate onboarding and recruitment activities

• Implement training programs for employee development

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in HR or relevant field

• At least 7 years of HR Generalist experience

• Proficient in payroll processing and HR systems

• Knowledge of employee relations best practices

• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
