In this impactful role, you will be responsible for managing improvement projects that drive value and reduce waste. Collaborate with various functional teams to implement project plans, ensuring that all initiatives meet the defined Conditions of Satisfaction. Your expertise will guide teams through risk management and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all aspects of business improvement initiatives
• Monitor project progress and report status to leadership
• Develop risk management plans and issue resolution strategies
• Implement methodologies to ensure safety and compliance
• Promote knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement practices
Requirements:
• 5+ years in project management required
• 10 years of industry experience preferred
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Experience in a nuclear or regulated industry
• Proficient in stakeholder engagement and management
Lead improvement initiatives that drive significant enhancements and align with strategic business goals across the organization.
