The Implementation Team Lead is a key role responsible for ensuring technically excellent and user-friendly automation solutions. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee system configuration and PLC programming
• Ensure quality through testing and commissioning phases
• Mentor team members and build deployment standards
• Lead training for customer operation teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in automation or systems integration
• Proficiency in PLC programming and SCADA/HMI systems
• Background with AGV/SGV technologies like ANT
• Strong grasp of industrial communication and networking
• Capacity to travel across North America for installations
