What is the Opportunity?  Reporting to the Project Manager, Continuous Improvement, the Junior Project Manager provides project and initiative management support to the Nuclear Continuous Improvement team. The role is responsible for managing small to medium scale projects and initiatives from intake through close-out, supporting the delivery of CI priorities under the direction of the Project Manager. This position requires the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, applying foundational project management practices while exercising sound judgment within defined parameters and escalating risks and issues as appropriate.

The Junior Project Manager may support or co‑lead initiatives across multiple work streams as directed by the Project Manager, including coordinating cross‑functional teams, maintaining project artifacts, and driving day‑to‑day execution to ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope.

Lead and manage assigned projects and initiatives from planning through execution and close-out, ensuring delivery is aligned to scope, timelines, and expected outcomes.
Define and maintain project approach, priorities, and execution plans, ensuring clarity across all stakeholders and team members.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to drive progress, resolve challenges, and maintain alignment on objectives.
Provide direction, oversight, and task prioritization to supporting team members, including senior coordinators, ensuring quality and consistency of outputs.
