As a key leader in assembly, you'll implement strategies for factory automation projects, ensuring policies and systems enhance team performance and productivity.
Your role will include focusing on improving departmental utilization and fostering a culture of safety and development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective measures
• Recommend optimal departmental structures aligned with strategy
• Execute staffing decisions for managerial roles
• Ensure safety inspections and training compliance
Requirements:
• At least 10 years of advanced manufacturing experience
• 5 years in a similar leadership position
• Strong knowledge of continuous improvement processes
• Preferred certifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
