In this leadership role, you will coordinate activities of Field Service Representatives, ensuring high-quality service delivery while focusing on continuous improvement initiatives. Your technical background and leadership experience will be vital as you foster collaboration and manage safety protocols effectively across projects that support customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor Field Service Representatives in their roles
• Collaborate on project planning with assembly and project managers
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards
• Conduct performance appraisals and encourage team developments
• Communicate effectively to resolve customer and operational issues
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in electrical, mechanical, or software controls
• 4+ years automation controls experience in a hands-on capacity
• In-depth knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, and safety systems
• Strong leadership ability with a focus on team engagement
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting purposes
