The dealership in Cambridge, Ontario is looking for a strong operator who can lead from the front and build a service department that runs with precision and pride.
What You’ll Lead
Full daily operations of the service department, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional customer experience
Leadership of advisors, technicians, dispatch, and support staff with clear expectations and accountability
Monitoring and improving key metrics including CSI, technician efficiency, ELR, and shop productivity
Customer communication, conflict resolution, and retention strategies that build long‑term loyalty
Coordination with Parts, Sales, and Management to maintain seamless inter‑department operations
Oversight of warranty processes, OEM compliance, and proper documentation
Recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management of all service personnel
Implementation of processes that improve speed, accuracy, and profitability
What Makes You a Strong Fit
Proven success as a Service Manager , Assistant Service Manager , or Service Advisor in a dealership environment
Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold a team accountable
Deep understanding of dealership service operations, KPIs, and workflow optimization
Excellent communication and customer‑handling skills, especially in high‑pressure situations
Experience with dealership DMS systems such as CDK, Reynolds, Dealer track, or similar
A mindset focused on operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement
