We are looking for a Dynamic Fixed Operations Manager to lead service and parts departments efficiently. This role requires a strategic mindset to examine financial statements, ensure profitability, and maintain high-quality service standards. The position involves travel to oversee operations in various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop long-term strategies for customer retention
• Manage compliance with Health and Safety regulations
• Evaluate department financials for profitability tracking
• Order parts following OEM guidelines
• Resolve customer and employee issues effectively
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience as a Service Manager
• Solid knowledge of dealership KPIs and financial analysis
• G Driver's license along with a clean abstract
• Ability to manage inventory and minimize costs
• Proven communication and time management skills
