Drive operations and enhance member services as the Health & Wellness Centre Manager at Stork Family YMCA in Cambridge, ON. This full-time role focuses on team leadership and community wellness.
Reporting to the VP of Health and Wellness, you will ensure operational excellence while managing budgets and leading diverse teams. Key initiatives will include building trust-based relationships and evolving wellness programs to meet the needs of the community. Your judgment and critical thinking will navigate complex challenges effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster relationships and lead team development
• Manage operational budgets for financial sustainability
• Shape member experiences via thoughtful service design
• Innovate programming based on community feedback
• Embed inclusivity principles in daily leadership practices
Requirements:
• 5–10+ years of leadership experience
• Experience in budgeting and financial strategies
• Background leading multiple teams is a plus
• Professional skills in Health and Wellness preferred
• Must possess a valid G driver’s license
