Farm Boy Inc. in Cambridge is seeking a Front End Supervisor to lead the store front with warm, engaging service and to supervise cashiers and floor operations. You will ensure accurate tendering, onboarding of staff, and daily readiness for business.
The role requires 1+ year experience, flexibility to work evenings/weekends, and a Smart Serve certification (or willingness to obtain). Fluency in English is essential;
French is a plus.
