Position: Lead Multiple Stores as District Manager
Oversee retail and rental operations as a District Manager in Southwestern Ontario, focusing on strategic leadership and customer satisfaction. Positions available in London or Kitchener.

The role of District Manager requires strong leadership to drive sales and operational excellence across multiple store locations. In this position, you’ll be responsible for aligning store teams, implementing best practices, and enhancing the customer experience. Fostering a culture of inclusion and accountability while mentoring store managers is critical to achieving district goals and business plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish clear performance expectations for store teams

• Analyze sales and operational metrics to drive results

• Develop tactical plans for enhancing customer experience

• Conduct comprehensive store visits for operational readiness

• Execute local marketing plans to attract customers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or relevant experience

• Minimum 2 years of retail leadership experience

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

• Experience in developing staff into effective teams

• Proficiency in technology and communication tools
