We’re looking for a dedicated and organized Clinic Manager to join our team in Cambridge,. Whether you’re a seasoned manager or stepping into a leadership role for the first time, you’ll be joining a supportive, growth-focused environment where your skills in operations, communication, and team leadership truly make a difference.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Establish and manage internal office protocols and procedures to ensure overall office efficiency.
  • Hire, train, and develop new office staff to meet patients’ needs and uphold the clinic’s standards.
  • Develop and manage staff schedules and timesheets, overseeing other HR functions at both clinics.
  • Create, implement, and manage an effective office budget.
  • Oversee the processing of insurance claims and billing systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Deliver individual and team leadership to ensure all office employees provide outstanding client service.
  • Greet patients professionally and cheerfully, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Schedule appointments and organize the clinic schedule to optimize workflow.
  • Answer and appropriately route phone calls, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Utilize experience in internal and external marketing to enhance clinic visibility and community engagement.
  • Train staff on the use of [Clinic specific] software (training provided) and manage Recall Max systems.
  • Perform other office administration duties as required.
  • Uphold and protect the culture at both clinics, fostering a positive and engaging work environment
What you’ll bring to the role:
  • At least 2+ years of dental clinic setting experience, and at least 2+ years of leadership experience, directly supervising and coaching employees.
  • Personality - We need an energetic strong leaders!
  • Working knowledge of dental billing and insurance protocols.
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively, working independently and as part of a dynamic
  • Flexible schedule. The clinic is open 7-days a week and until 9pm on weekdays.
