Langs is seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to steer its mission of accessible healthcare. With a growing budget of $20M, the next CEO will enhance collaboration and tackle community health challenges. You will partner with diverse stakeholders to foster innovation while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct multi-year strategic plan development and implementation

• Strengthen relationships with community partners and funders

• Oversee compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

• Promote integrated, person-centered care for community health

• Cultivate a healthy organizational culture of accountability

Requirements:

• Significant senior leadership experience in Ontario healthcare

• Proven track record of managing complex programs

• Experience with financial oversight in publicly funded settings

• Strong background in advocacy and community engagement

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration
