Generation Pastor

Position: Next Generation Pastor at Grace Bible Church
Join Grace Bible Church as the Next Generation Pastor, focusing on nurturing young disciples in middle and high school. Lead impactful ministries for children and young adults.

In this full-time role, the Next Generation Pastor will empower youth, support families, and oversee children's ministry at Grace Bible Church. You'll be responsible for providing vision and leadership for youth gatherings and training volunteers to assist in leading these initiatives. Coordination of community events fosters deep relationships among the congregation and equips parents to guide their children spiritually.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the growth of youth ministries grades 6-12

• Provide primary teaching and lead volunteer recruitment

• Organize outreach events and youth retreats

• Collaborate with parents and guardians effectively

• Foster connections between youth and older congregants

Requirements:

• Strong background in youth and children’s ministry

• Ability to mentor and develop volunteers

• Passion for serving young adults transitioning from youth

• Solid communication and teaching skills

• Dedication to GBC’s mission and key values
