We’re building something.

Evolved Thermal Energy is a fast‑growing, family‑owned distributor of geothermal and air source heat pump systems serving Ontario, Quebec, and Eastern Canada. We’re not a legacy distributor coasting on a 25+ year catalogue. We’re a startup pushing hard into Canada’s energy transition and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

If you’re driven, competitive, and excited about clean energy, this is your shot to get in early.

What This Role Really Is
This isn’t a sit‑behind‑a‑desk sales job.

You’ll be out prospecting. Calling on contractors. Opening new accounts. Building real relationships. Helping HVAC businesses grow by introducing high‑performance heat pump solutions.

You’ll own your territory. You’ll build your book. And you’ll be expected to produce.

But you won’t be alone, you’ll be backed by deep technical experience in geothermal and renewable thermal energy systems that most of our competitors simply don’t have.

What You’ll Be Doing

Proactively prospecting new contractor accounts

Building long‑term, trust‑based relationships

Presenting and promoting heat pump and renewable thermal solutions

Managing your sales pipeline and closing business

Supporting customers through quoting and project execution

Representing Evolved at industry events and trade shows

Driving real revenue growth in your territory
