Kromet, a top manufacturer of aluminum products, is looking for a driven individual to join its Sales & Engineering Team.
Your role will be essential in generating revenue through the development of new and existing client relationships. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional who understands market trends and delivers tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and nurture a high-value customer portfolio
• Identify sales opportunities and strategically engage clients
• Formulate and implement effective sales strategies
• Track and optimize sales performance using CRM tools
• Provide comprehensive reports on sales metrics
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of business development experience
• Familiarity with aluminum extrusion is a plus
• Strong proficiency in presentation and communication
• Valid driver’s license and passport for travel purposes
• Bachelor's degree preferred for technical insight
