In this pivotal role, you will engage with new and existing customers to promote our offerings in Material Handling parts and services. Your responsibilities will include cold calling, developing customer relationships, and leveraging marketing strategies for increased profitability within the Parts & Service departments. Frequent customer visits will ensure consistent communication about product updates and service performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Assist in enhancing Parts & Service department efficiency
• Cold call potential clients to increase reach
• Execute territory sales plans for maximum impact
• Provide customers with product and service updates
Requirements:
• Background in sales or customer support
• Strong relationship management skills
• Ability to handle and maintain customer database records
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training
• Must possess a valid driver's license
