Join Pepsi Co as a Sales Co-op in Cambridge, Ontario for Fall 2026. This hands-on, onsite role focuses on sales techniques and developing key business skills through real-world experience and challenges.
As a Sales Co-op for four months, you will engage in field sales while collaborating closely with Sales leaders. Learn to optimize sales strategies and customer agreements while marketing our well-known products.
This role offers a solid foundation for your career and may lead to opportunities within our Sales Leadership Program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop relationships with field sales teams
• Utilize tools to achieve consistent sales targets
• Execute merchandising displays for our brands
• Undertake a field sales project impacting customers
• Innovate approaches to launch and sustain products
Requirements:
• Must be available September to December 2026
• Enrolled in third year of a Business degree
• Clean driver’s license with vehicle access
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Self-starter capable of managing priorities
