Position: Superior Propane Change of Ownership Agent
Elevate customer care as a Change of Ownership Agent at Superior Propane. Manage vital ownership transitions while delivering outstanding service and support to home buyers and sellers.

In this critical role within the Residential Retention team, you will engage new homeowners and facilitate seamless ownership changes. Candidates should have experience in sales, account management, or customer service to effectively uphold customer satisfaction and retention rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries related to home sales

• Initiate outreach to capture retention opportunities

• Advise clients on transitioning to new propane services

• Maintain accurate records of all transactions in Salesforce

• Ensure compliance with company policies during account changes

Requirements:

• College Diploma or equivalent education and experience

• 1 to 3 years in relevant customer service or sales roles

• Proficient in using Salesforce and CRM tools

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proven ability to manage sensitive information tactfully
