Cintas Route Service Representative Position

Cintas is looking for a motivated Route Service Representative to work with our Rental Division. This position focuses on driving a truck along a predetermined route to service and grow customer accounts. Expectations include a solid training program and potential for commission-based earnings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate relationships with key customer contacts

• Ensure service quality and resolve any issues

• Drive customer growth by upselling products

• Handle service agreements and inventory management

• Follow established driving regulations

Requirements:

• Valid unrestricted driver's license required

• Must meet the job's physical criteria

• High School diploma, GED, or Military experience

• Demonstrated customer service skills

• Positive and ambitious attitude in teamwork
