As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting store setup and operations with the Store Management Team. Responsibilities encompass maintaining exceptional Guest Services, generating sales, and assisting with merchandising activities. This role requires physical ability and stamina for various tasks, including lifting and standing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Aid in setting up and displaying merchandise
• Uphold Guest Services according to company standards
• Engage with customers and promote sales
• Perform pricing and operate POS transactions
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store
Requirements:
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Capable of lifting/moving up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to stand/walk for extended periods
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Flexible availability during the seasonal peak
