As a leader, you will guide inside sales representatives while driving data-driven initiatives that enhance sales processes and performance measurement.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• 7+ years of sales experience, especially in leadership
• Expertise in B2B distribution and inside sales
• Strong analytical and operational capabilities
• Excellent leadership and collaboration skills
