This role seeks an experienced professional with at least seven years in risk assessment. You’ll lead exposure analysis and oversee the development of risk management plans. In addition to mentoring staff, you will ensure that our projects meet all regulatory compliance requirements. Your analytical skills will play a crucial role in shaping our environmental strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support ecological and human health risk assessments
• Analyze and evaluate chemical exposure data
• Mentor junior staff and support their development
• Develop and write comprehensive risk assessment reports
• Support project management and financial tracking
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in environmental science or a similar field; advanced degree a plus
• 7+ years of relevant risk assessment experience
• QPRA status or the ability to obtain it
• Solid understanding of provincial and federal environmental guidelines
• Canadian driver’s license required for travel
