Senior Hydrogeologist

Position: Senior Hydrogeologist at EXP
Lead impactful hydrogeological studies at EXP in Cambridge, Ontario. This senior role combines client engagement, technical leadership, and the opportunity to mentor junior professionals.

At EXP, we are seeking a seasoned Hydrogeologist to join our Geo-Environmental Group. Your expertise will shape infrastructure projects and contribute to the growth of our established team. You will be responsible for managing hydrogeological investigations and developing robust client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients to define project needs

• Manage hydrogeological studies from inception to completion

• Oversee field program coordination and execution

• Review technical work from junior and intermediate staff

• Prepare high-quality technical reports for client delivery

Requirements:

• University degree in Hydrogeology or Geology

• Minimum 3 years of experience in physical hydrogeology

• Professional designation in Ontario preferred

• Strong business acumen with solution-focused mindset

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
